Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Business Academy and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

AI Business Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall AI Business Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AI Business Academy's website, even if AI Business Academy or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
