2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal
  • You are a paying customer of either the Premium Edition ($18.99/month) or Advanced Edition ($29.99/month)
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription period

Note: The Standard Edition (Free) is not eligible for refunds as it is a free service with no payment required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email at refunds@aibusinessacademy.com
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name and email address associated with your account
    • Your order/transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
    • The date of your purchase
    • Brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
  3. Wait for confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive your refund: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing: We will process your refund within 2-3 business days of approval
  • Bank/Card Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note:

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund
  • You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • To receive a refund, you must submit a separate refund request within the 30-day window
  • After cancellation, you can still access the free Standard Edition features

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have already been completed (Advanced Edition)
  • Custom AI solutions that have been delivered (Advanced Edition)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

  • If you have used a significant portion of the service but are dissatisfied
  • If technical issues prevented you from accessing certain features
  • If you downgrade from Advanced to Premium Edition mid-billing cycle

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account and access to all services
  • Additional fees charged by payment processors
  • Potential legal action to recover costs

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns before pursuing a chargeback.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Any changes to this policy will not affect refund requests submitted before the change date.
